Active users
The Active Users page shows everyone connected to your network right now, across every service type, in a single list.
One table, every service
Use the filter at the top to switch between:
- All — everyone online, hotspot and broadband together, with a count per service.
- Hotspot — live prepaid sessions.
- PPPoE — broadband lines currently online.
Each row shows who they are, their plan, which router they’re on, how long they’ve been online (or their session’s expiry), and their IP.
Hotspot sessions
For hotspot rows you can see the devices on a multi-device session (the paying phone plus any laptops or TVs the customer added), and you can disconnect anyone immediately — useful for abuse or troubleshooting.
Broadband lines
For PPPoE rows you see the line’s uptime and WAN IP. Broadband liveness comes from a check that runs every few minutes, so a line shows as online within a couple of minutes of connecting. To suspend or change a broadband line, use the Clients page — those are billing actions, kept off the live list on purpose.
Where else this shows
The same “everyone online” figure powers the Online Now tile on the dashboard and the count on each router, so the number is consistent wherever you look.
