The dashboard
The dashboard is the first thing you see. It answers “how is the business doing right now?” in one screen, and it updates as money comes in and customers connect.
The prepaid row
The top tiles cover your hotspot / prepaid side:
- Revenue Today / This Month — M-Pesa collected, with the month-on-month change.
- Online Now — everyone connected across all services (hotspot and broadband), with a breakdown like
90 hotspot · 52 pppoe. - Success Rate (7d) — how many payment attempts complete, so you can spot a paybill or STK problem early.
- Total Clients, Avg Revenue / Client, Payments Today, Vouchers in stock.
The Fixed-line (PPPoE) row
If you sell broadband, a second row shows the metrics that matter for a recurring business:
- MRR — Monthly Recurring Revenue: what your active subscribers bill every month.
- Collected this month vs MRR — the gap is your collections problem in one glance.
- Outstanding — money owed to you right now (unpaid + overdue invoices).
- Renewals due (7d) — the value and count of subscribers billing in the next week: your expected inflow.
- Active subscribers, New this month, Churn rate, Suspended.
Charts and routers
Below the tiles:
- Revenue — last 30 days and busiest hours, so you can see trends and staffing peaks.
- How clients pay and top plans by revenue.
- Sites & routers — each router with its status and how many people are active on it, across every service type.
Hiding the money
There’s a Hide toggle that masks the revenue figures — handy when you’re showing the screen to someone or working in public.
