Reports
The Reports screen turns your day-to-day activity into the numbers you run the business on: what you earned, what you collected, and how you’re growing — over any period you choose.
What you can report on
- Revenue — money earned across hotspot and PPPoE, broken down by plan and by service.
- Collections — what actually came in versus what was billed, so you can see arrears building before they hurt.
- Growth — new customers, active subscribers, and recurring revenue (MRR) over time.
- Churn & retention — who’s leaving and who’s staying (see Churn & retention).
Choosing a period
Pick a date range — this month, last month, a custom span — and every figure recalculates for that window. Compare periods to see whether a change (a new plan, a price move, a marketing push) actually moved the numbers.
Exporting
Export a report for your own records or your accountant. Exports respect your team’s permissions — some sensitive exports are limited to the roles allowed to handle finance, so a report full of customer and revenue detail can’t leave through an account that shouldn’t have it.
The live view vs reports
The dashboard is the real-time pulse — who’s online and money landing right now. Reports are the considered view — totals over a period you can trust for decisions and records. Use both.
