Wallet & payouts

The Wallet is where your money lives between your customers paying and you taking it out. Customers pay by M-Pesa, it lands against the right account automatically, and your balance builds up ready to pay out.

Your balance

The wallet shows your current balance — money collected and reconciled, ready to withdraw. Because every M-Pesa payment is matched to a customer for you, this figure is real, not an estimate you have to reconcile by hand.

Settlement — where your money goes

Set up your settlement account once — the bank or M-Pesa account your payouts land in. This is the destination for everything you withdraw, so you set it carefully and it’s protected like any money control.

Paying out

Withdraw to your settlement account when you want your money. Every payout requires a second factor — a one-time code from your authenticator app — no matter who you are. Moving money is never a single click, and the permission to do it is Owner-only and can’t be delegated to another role.

Statements

Download statements for any period — a clean record of what came in and what you paid out, for your books and your accountant. Your money history is always exportable and always yours.

Expenses and true margin

Record what the business spends on the Expenses screen, and your reports show true margin — revenue minus real costs — not just gross takings. You see what you actually keep.
