Roles & access

WIFI.OS keeps every ISP’s data completely separate, and controls what each person in your team can do.

Your data is yours alone

Your console shows only your ISP’s customers, money and routers. There is no screen, filter, or link that can reach another ISP’s data — the system is built so that isn’t possible, not merely discouraged. Your customers’ details and your revenue are never visible to anyone outside your business.

People in your ISP

Everyone on your team gets a role, and the role decides which screens they see and what they can do:

  • Owner — full control of your ISP: plans, customers, money, settings, and who’s on the team. Some actions — moving money and changing access — are the Owner’s alone and can’t be delegated.
  • Admin — runs the day-to-day: customers, plans, network, tickets. Everything except the Owner-only money and access controls.
  • Customer Care — the front desk: look after customers, take payments, issue vouchers, raise and track tickets.
  • Technician — the field: their assigned jobs, the map, and navigation to site. Their console is scoped to their own work.

People only see the parts of the console their role allows — a technician’s menu is not a customer-care menu with things greyed out; the screens simply aren’t there.

Money actions (payouts) always require a second factor, whoever you are.

Access Control — tailor roles to your team

Roles aren’t fixed. From Settings → Access Control, an Owner can decide exactly which permissions each role has — grant Customer Care the ability to issue refunds, or let an Admin see finance — and assign a role to each employee. Two permissions stay locked to the Owner no matter what: moving money and changing access itself, so no one can quietly grant themselves the keys.

Changes take effect immediately: if you remove someone’s access, their next action is refused — there’s no waiting for them to sign out.

About Danamo (the platform)

WIFI.OS is operated by Danamo Tech Ltd. Platform staff cannot wander into your console. If you ask for help and they need to look, they enter through a time-boxed, recorded grant — and while they’re in, a loud banner tells you so. When it expires, access ends. Every such session is logged.

The read-only demo

The demo console uses this same machinery: it’s a real tenant flagged read-only, so anyone can explore every screen while the system refuses every change. It’s the honest way to see exactly what the product does before you sign up.
